This ocean view lot is located in Loma Alta , a small town only 5 minutes from Cabrera, and you get there on a new nice paved road .

The lot is in an expat community and it has one of the most impressive ocean views in the area. From there you can see Diamante beach and La Entrada beach and on clear days the whole Samana Peninsula can be seen.

The surface is uneven making it interesting to design the house and gardens.
