The Property: This hacienda offers 1 Master bedroom, with King Sized bed, a walk in closet, bathroom with bath/shower. Looking towards the ocean there is a private sitting area and study, and a private balcony. A large mango tree shades this balcony, feel free to reach out and pick some for your breakfast!
1 smaller bedroom offers queen Sized bed, small closet, bathroom and shower and its own balcony.
The ground floor consists of a walk in mudroom, a kitchen with breakfast bar, a small sitting area and a half bathroom. The majority of the living space on this floor is on the covered terrace, which has seating and dining area, a barbeque and hammock.
The property also has a small swimming pool will become the favorite spot for family holiday travelers, as well as couples who seek to relax in the sun by the pool. The grounds are 14,000 square feet, a quarter of it lawn and beautiful tropical flowerbeds. The rest of the property has avocado, orange, tamarind and lime trees…. Help your self.
The Beaches..The Golf : Rest and relaxation are immediate upon reaching here; the beaches and the surrounding area are truly memorable. Each beach offers a perfect paradise and wonderful place to meet and interact with the charming Dominican people. Just 5 minutes away by car in either direction Playa Grande & Playa Caleton being the best beaches to enjoy relaxation and delicious food. Snorkeling is a must at Caleton, which has a rich variety of colorful fish to watch.
The world-famous Playa Grande golf course is 2 minutes away by car.
Local Life: Rio San Juan, which is a 10 minute drive from the hacienda, is a rapidly growing tourist community where the famous Gri-Gri Lagoon is located. Laguna Gri-Gri (the Spanish name) is famous for the towering mangroves trees, fresh water snorkeling and magnificent views. Rio San Juan also has many tour operators, excellent restaurants, entertaining nightlife and much more to enjoy.
